By accessing or using the BanjaraBio Matrimony application or website (https://banjarabio.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility Requirements

BanjaraBio is an exclusive matrimonial matching network for the Gor Banjara community:

Candidates must be of legal marriageable age as per Indian laws (18+ for Females, 21+ for Males).
Users must provide authentic profile information including genuine Gotra, Mama Gotra, and family background.
Accounts created for fraudulent purposes or non-matrimonial intentions will be permanently banned.

2. Community Code of Conduct

To preserve family dignity and trust within the Gor Banjara community:

Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate photo sharing will result in an immediate lifetime ban.
Users must not screenshot or redistribute candidate bio-data or photos without explicit permission.
Commercial usage or scraping of candidate details is strictly prohibited.

3. Bio-Data & Verification Accuracy

While BanjaraBio implements Multi-level Verification algorithms and optional Aadhaar badges, candidate families are strongly encouraged to independently verify all background, Gotra lineage, and employment details prior to finalizing marriage proposals.

4. Intellectual Property

All brand logos, application code, UI design elements, and printable PDF bio-data templates of BanjaraBio are the exclusive intellectual property of BanjaraBio Matrimony.
